Objectives\n					\n					The Social Impactors Knowledge Creation Team Workshops’ (SI KCTW) main goals are to foster collaborative\, transnational knowledge creation and to develop practical solutions that address specific socio-economic challenges relevant to their own institutional and societal contexts. The workshops bring together university experts\, interested students\, and external stakeholders in order to ensure the relevance and applicability of the outcomes. \n				\n							\n					\n													\n															\n								\n														\n												2. Event Description\n					\n					The SI KCTW facilitate the development of joint Service to Society initiatives by ACE²-EU experts in collaboration with external societal and government partners. The outputs of these workshops will focus on providing practical solutions to socio-economic challenges which could be collectively developed and implemented by students\, staff\, and external partners. The four Social Impactors consortia (Culture & Diversity; Social Well-Being; Respect & Dignity; Gender Equity) will conduct a total of 9 workshops on their dedicated topics. \n				\n							\n					\n													\n															\n								\n														\n												3. Target Group\n					\n					The programme’s target audience is university staff with expertise in the topics\, students\, and external stakeholders from ACE²-EU partner universities\, wanting to share their experience\, knowledge and interest on specific Social Impactors topics and jointly create practically applicable knowledge and solutions to strengthen social well-being or respect & dignity by combining academic\, civil society\, and professional experience. \n				\n							\n					\n													\n															\n								\n														\n												4. Structure & Methodology\n					\n					The first series of the SI KCTW is structured as two parallel three-day intensive\, participatory workshops focusing respectively on Social Well-Being and Respect & Dignity\, with multiple interactions planned between the two groups\, and preceded by an online pre-briefing. The Social Impactors Knowledge Creation Team Workshops are grounded in a design-thinking approach and focus on: Identifying challenges faced by participants and their broader environment in relation to the respective topic and working towards developing joint solutions.Connecting academic knowledge with real-world societal challenges and developing a relationship of reciprocal support with regional stakeholders and practitioners.Facilitating the exchange of experiences and good practices between participants.Raising awareness on topics related to Social Well-Being and Respect & Dignity\, in this first series\, and exposing participants to different perspectives and lived experiences.Creating a safer and more inclusive space to foster trust\, deeper and more meaningful cooperation.\n				\n							\n					\n													\n															\n								\n														\n												5. Registration and Participation\n					\n					Participant selection was coordinated internally within the Social Impactors operational unit and consortia.
