SUMMARY:Wp 8 Face2Face meeting (CDI meeting)
DESCRIPTION:Face-to-Face Meeting of WP8 in Madrid: Advancing Strategic Communication\, Branding\, and Impact \nOn 4-5 July 2024\, the ACE²-EU Communication\, Dissemination and Impact team (Work Package 8) will gather in Madrid for a face-to-face working meeting aimed at advancing the Alliance’s strategic outreach efforts. This meeting will bring together members of the Communications and Identity Group (CIG) and the Dissemination and Impact Group (DIG). \nThe focus of the meeting will revolve around two major areas: the finalization of the ACE²-EU Brandbook and the development of impact assessment methodologies to support the Alliance’s strategic goals. \n\n Developing the ACE²-EU Visual Branding and Identity\n\nA strong\, cohesive visual identity is essential for creating recognition\, consistency\, and resonance. During the Madrid meeting\, WP8 will work on finalizing the ACE²-EU Brandbook\, which will define the visual standards and style guidelines that underpin the Alliance’s communication strategy. \nThis brand identity will be implemented across a wide range of communication tools and promotional materials\, both digital and print. The strategy includes: \n\nACE²-EU Communication Materials: Design and production of brochures\, flyers\, and leaflets that highlight the Alliance’s mission\, members\, and achievements.\nACE²-EU Merchandising: Development of branded items featuring the Alliance’s logo and core messages\, to be distributed at key events to increase visibility and engagement.\n\n\n Developing ACE²-EU Impact Assessment Methodologies\, Surveys\, and Reports\n\nThe second major theme of the meeting will be the creation of a robust framework for evaluating the impact of ACE²-EU activities. As an Alliance committed to innovation\, collaboration\, and societal transformation\, WP8 will lead the design of impact assessment tools that reflect both quantitative data and qualitative insights. \nFocus areas will include: \n\nThe effectiveness of communication systems across the alliance.\nThe impact of mobility initiatives on participants and host institutions.\nThe engagement of key stakeholders\, including policy-makers\, public authorities\, and EU bodies.\n\nThe methodologies will combine data analysis\, stakeholder surveys\, interviews\, focus groups\, and workshops\, with direct involvement from the Values and Mobility Action Group and Joint Operational Unit Coordinators. The expected outcomes include comprehensive impact reports and case studies\, which will be shared widely within and beyond the ACE²-EU community. \nThis WP8 meeting will reinforce ACE²-EU’s commitment to excellence in communication and evidence-based strategy\, laying the foundation for long-term visibility\, accountability\, and influence in the European Higher Education Area.
