ACE2-EU Impactathons. The ACE2-EU Impactathons (nine editions) will be dynamic and immersive innovation sprint events designed to bring together a diverse group of individuals for an intense, time-bound collaboration aimed at solving real-world problems and fostering innovative solutions. Working in teams, participants will tackle challenges together, fostering a shared sense of purpose and integrating diverse skills for innovative solutions.
Running over 4 days, the ACE²-EU Impactathons will emphasise urgency, quick thinking, adaptability and effective time management. Encouraging, creative thinking and unconventional problem-solving, the Impactathon will push boundaries and aims to generate solutions with significant impact. Teams will be comprised of individuals drawn from diverse multidisciplinary backgrounds, thereby promoting interdisciplinarity in their approach to solving real-world problems. The Impactathon environment will encourage rapid iteration, enabling participants to refine projects throughout the event, and facilitating quick learning and robust solution development.
The ACE2-EU Impactathon format will promote a learning-centred atmosphere that values experimentation over polished products. Participants will actively explore new technologies, methodologies, and ideas, fostering an environment conducive to continuous learning and growth.
