- Event Short Description:
The Changemaker Ambassador programme will provide a training framework for students and staff of the Alliance to become social change agents, focusing on providing participants with knowledge of existing best practices and innovative ways to address societal issues.
- Target Group The programme is aimed at staff and students from ACE²-EU partner universities and aims to expand their leadership and facilitation skills so they can successfully lead changemaking processes towards an equitable future.
- Structure & Methodology The pilot programme is structured as a three-day intensive training that combines theory, practice, and reflection. The first day introduces participants to one another and to the concept of changemaking, laying the foundation for the programme. The second day focuses on developing participants’ capacity to facilitate dialogue as a key method for enabling inclusive and constructive change processes. The third day builds on the dialogue facilitation skills developed on Day 2 and shifts the focus towards application and future action. The programme design follows an active and work-based learning approach, gradually moving from understanding the concept of changemaking to developing personal skills and finally applying them to real-world challenges.
