The Rectors and Presidents Steering Group (RPSG) and the Management Board (MB) of the ACE²-EU Alliance held a joint meeting on Thursday, 23 October 2025, from 13:30 to 15:30at Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt (THI).
This high-level session brought together the Presidents of all Alliance member universities, the General Manager, the Strategy Advisor/Coordinator, Vice-Rectors/Vice-Presidents, and Work Package Leaders, combining both strategic and operational perspectives in a unified forum.
The objective of the meeting was to strengthen coordination between governance and implementation structures, identify emerging challenges and opportunities, and build consensus on immediate priorities and next steps to ensure the effective delivery of the ACE²-EU mission.
Opening and Work Package Progress (13:30–14:00)
Each Work Package Leader presented a concise, standing update — highlighting one key achievement, one operational challenge requiring strategic input, and one new opportunity.
This dynamic format encouraged open exchange and direct alignment between management and executive teams, fostering transparency and shared ownership of results.
Interactive Workshop Session (14:00–15:15)
An interactive workshop titled “Evaluation, Reflection, Challenges, and Opportunities”followed, focusing on assessing alliance progress, reflecting on lessons learned, and identifying areas where strategic action can accelerate impact.
Participants collaboratively mapped operational priorities, ensuring that upcoming decisions are informed by both high-level vision and practical implementation experience.
Synthesis & Convergence (15:15–15:30)
The meeting concluded with a synthesis session, translating insights into concrete action points. Consensus was reached on short-term priorities and coordination measures that will guide the next phase of ACE²-EU’s strategic and operational development.
