ACE²-EU Stakeholder Experience Workshop Continues with Focus on Mobility Tools and Inclusive Practices

Štip, North Macedonia – 24 March 2026

The second day of the ACE²-EU Stakeholder Experience Workshop, hosted by Goce Delčev University in Štip, brought together students, academic staff, and institutional representatives to further explore and improve key mobility-related tools and programmes within the Alliance.

Building on the reflections and feedback gathered during the first day, participants focused on enhancing the quality, accessibility, and inclusiveness of ACE²-EU mobility experiences.

Strengthening Mobility Support and Inclusion

The programme featured sessions dedicated to multiculturalism and multilingualism, highlighting their importance in shaping a truly inclusive European University Alliance. Participants engaged in discussions and workshops aimed at generating new ideas to strengthen intercultural understanding and communication across partner institutions.

A key component of the day was the toolbox walkthrough, where participants reviewed core ACE²-EU resources such as the Mobility Guide, ACE Rookies, and the EU Values Awareness Programme. These sessions provided an opportunity to assess the effectiveness of existing tools and identify areas for improvement.

Hands-on Collaboration and Co-Creation

Interactive workshops and practical sessions enabled participants to actively contribute to the development of future solutions. Through hands-on testing and document clinics, students and staff worked in parallel groups to evaluate materials, share feedback, and propose enhancements.

The day concluded with a joint session focused on mapping ideas and defining future actions related to multiculturalism and multilingualism within the alliance, reinforcing a collaborative, bottom-up approach to development.

 Building a Stronger ACE²-EU Community

In addition to the formal programme, participants engaged in networking and cultural activities, further strengthening connections and fostering a sense of community across the ACE²-EU Alliance.

The outcomes of Day 2 will contribute directly to improving mobility support systems and ensuring more inclusive, effective, and impactful experiences for all participants.
