The ACE²-EU Stakeholder Experience Workshop officially commenced today at Goce Delčev University in Štip, bringing together students, academic staff, institutional coordinators, and key stakeholders from across the ACE²-EU Alliance.
Taking place between 23–25 March 2026, the three-day workshop aims to collect structured feedback on mobility experiences, enhance existing tools and resources, and support the development of future ACE²-EU initiatives.
The event gathers representatives from Student and Staff Advisory Boards, EU Values Group members, and institutional partners, creating a collaborative environment focused on improving mobility opportunities and strengthening engagement across the alliance.
The workshop follows a participatory format, combining joint sessions with separate student and staff discussions, encouraging active involvement and co-creation.
Day 1: Reflecting on Mobility Experiences
The first day focuses on reviewing the experiences of students and staff involved in ACE²-EU mobility activities. Through testimonials, interactive discussions, and group workshops, participants are sharing insights, identifying challenges, and proposing solutions to improve future mobility programmes.
Key sessions include:
- Mobility experience testimonials from students and academic staff
- Interactive mapping of the mobility journey (before, during, and after participation)
- Parallel focus groups addressing barriers and enablers for mobility
The day concludes with a consolidation session, followed by optional cultural activities, including a city tour and museum visit.
Looking Ahead
Over the next two days, the workshop will explore:
- improvements to mobility support tools and programmes
- multicultural and multilingual initiatives within the alliance
- the development of new ACE²-EU activities, including volunteering opportunities
The outcomes of the workshop will directly contribute to enhancing the quality, accessibility, and impact of mobility experiences across the ACE²-EU Alliance.
