The Francisco de Vitoria University (UFV) is an open institution – without limitations for cultural, social or economic reasons – fostering knowledge, new technologies, research, culture and change. It has an embedded international approach, training its students for a global and multicultural world. UFV offers 4141-degree courses (18 of them offered in combination with two Degrees), 15 Masters’ Degrees and 2 Doctoral Programmes. UFV has been developing research programmes in search of excellence and focused on service to society. Our objective is to obtain results that help our students deal with the anthropological implications of the various research projects in all areas of knowledge. UFV Vision sets the challenge to be a reference in person-centred disciplines and professions. This challenge means to be a university of transforming and transdisciplinary scientific excellence in both degree and postgraduate courses, with lecturers and methodologies focused on the sciences centred around the person and with innovative and competitive research. UFV Mission proposes an academic model that is open to the world and willing to collaborate with other universities and institutions whose calling is to share the Mission of extending and disseminating the person-centred university model. This drives the UFV to make continued efforts to relate and cooperate with leading universities from around the world and to widen and deepen its alliances and networks to achieve the transforming impact it wishes to have on today’s world. The Executive Coaching and Consulting Centre (IDDI) at UFV is a centre specialising in executive training and business consulting for the transformation of the person, the team and the organisation as a whole. UFV works hand in hand with companies to navigate complex economic environments using the IDDI Method, a practice that incorporates a new vision: a dialogical approach that allows organisations to develop meeting points and combine a binary calculus of profit/person. The IDDI has had a unique insight into the business realities over the last 20 years, working with over 500 company projects and in open programs with 900 business clients. With a panel of experts and investment in research, over the years the IDDI has been able to develop models for leadership, coaching, new methodologies, and tools.
