On 21 October 2025 in Ingolstadt, Germany, the members of Work Package 5 (WP5) held a face-to-face in coordination meeting dedicated to forming multidisciplinary working groups to advance the next phase of the project.
The main objective was to establish collaborative teams for the following key tasks:
- Task 5.3: Analysis of Regulatory Constraints
- Task 5.4: Privacy Threat, Vulnerability, Risk and Ethical Analysis
- Task 5.5: Definition of Interoperable Middleware Specifications
Recognizing the cross-cutting nature of these topics, the meeting highlighted the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration. Active participation was encouraged from experts with legal, sociological, and technical backgrounds, ensuring that all dimensions of the work are addressed comprehensively.
This session marked an essential step toward strengthening cooperation and ensuring coordinated progress across WP5 activities.
