ACE²-EU is a European Universities Alliance committed to building an integrated academic community founded on shared standards and a joint educational offer. Application deadline
Applications are now closed.
This working meeting aims to:
- Advance the design of the Alliance’s Joint Master Degrees — from needs analysis and graduate competencies (EQF Level 7) to the joint curriculum, ECTS and mobility.
- Shape the ACE²-EU Pedagogical Conference of January 2027 — its vision, structure and programme.
- Review and adjust the procedures that support joint programme development, drawing on the Central Support Team framework.
- Agree a work plan for the teaching staff who will develop and deliver the joint programmes.
- Reach shared decisions across the WP2 group and consolidate them into a clear roadmap and distribution of tasks.
WP2 members and institutional representatives from the ACE²-EU partner universities involved in joint programme design and the pedagogical conference. Each partner university is invited to designate up to two participants.
The programme runs over three working days and combines parallel work in two thematic groups (Joint Degree Group; Pedagogical Conference Group) with plenary sessions to hear all views and reach consensus.
Day 1 (29/09/2026) — Foundations: what a joint degree is and the European Degree Label, needs analysis and rationale (Joint Degree Group); vision, framework and content of the pedagogical conference (Pedagogical Conference Group).
Day 2 (30/09/2026) — Design & decisions: graduate competencies, curriculum, ECTS and mobility, plus the Central Support Team process (Joint Degree Group); programme, logistics and communication (Pedagogical Conference Group).
Day 3 (01/10/2026) — Consolidation & closing: turning agreements into work plans and procedures, distribution of tasks and next steps; the meeting closes at 15:00.
Methodology is participatory: working materials are circulated in advance and the outcomes of Day 3 are shared with all participants by email.
