ARIES Incubator along with the Medical University of Gdańsk, Poland, would like to cordially invite you to the 1st ACE²-EU Student-led Colloquium 2026. The Student-Led Colloquium is a three-day event bringing together students, PhD candidates, early-career researchers, and representatives from partner universities.

This event aims to promote the exchange of research and innovation knowledge across the alliance to support new learning opportunities and future ARC activities.

The program will create opportunities to:

  • Foster Collaboration: Brings together students, PhD candidates, early-career researchers, and representatives from partner universities.
  • Dynamic Programme: Features university presentations, student pitching sessions, panel discussions, skill-building workshops, poster sessions, and networking events.
  • Experience Sharing: Provides a platform to exchange insights on academic mobility, research placements, research activities, and entrepreneurship.
  • International Networking: Enables participants to establish cross-border contacts for future collaboration.
  • Empowerment: Promotes active student involvement in advancing science, innovation, and the European academic community.

This event is open to:

  • Research students and PhD candidates from ACE²-EU partner universities*
  • Researchers and academic staff
  • Representatives of doctoral programmes
  • Individuals interested in international mobility, research, innovation, and academic career development

*Each university should nominate at least three students to take an active part in the poster session. It is recommended that each poster presented covers a different thematic area (ARC).

During the event participants must attend the full session and contribute to collaborative tasks.
