- Name: Mircea Scheau
- Position: President, Cloud Security Alliance Romanian Chapter
- Bio: “Mircea Constantin Șcheau is Ph.D. in Public Order and National Security. Mircea Scheau is author or co-author of several volumes, one of which ‒ Cybercrime Regarding Financial Transfers ‒ received the “Victor Slăvescu” Prize awarded by the Romanian Academy, and of over fifty articles related to management, law enforcement, critical infrastructures, information technology, artificial intelligence, defense and cybersecurity. Mircea Scheau has served as lecturer in numerous international conferences and is Honorary Associate Researcher at the University of Craiova, the Maritime University of Constanța, at Danubius University of Galati and is Member, inter alia, of the European Research Institute at Babeș – Bolyai ”University”

- Position: PhD student at the First Doctoral School of the Medical University of Gdańsk, affiliated with the Division of Quality of Life Research at the Faculty of Health Sciences with the Institute of Maritime and Tropical Medicine.
- Bio: ” His research focuses on health systems, medical education, and cybersecurity in healthcare, with particular interest in the protection of medical data and the resilience of healthcare institutions to cyber threats. He is the author and co-author of several peer-reviewed publications addressing topics such as primary healthcare workforce challenges, quality assurance in medical education, mental health of medical students, and cybersecurity incidents in the Polish healthcare sector.”
