ACE²-EU Alliance WP8 Workshop at the Medical University of Gdańsk

How can universities tell their story more effectively on social media? What makes academic content truly engaging in 2025? And how can our content stand out in the crowded digital space?

These were just some of the questions explored during the two-day WP8 workshop of the ACE²-EU Alliance, hosted on 22–23 September 2025 at the Medical University of Gdańsk. Led by communication and marketing expert Karolina Sordyl, the training combined practical sessions, brainstorming activities, and inspiring discussions that brought together representatives of our partner universities.

The results? A wealth of fresh ideas, from creative Instagram formats to authentic storytelling on LinkedIn, and new strategies for community-building on Facebook. The group also tackled key challenges, such as managing crises online and harnessing AI tools responsibly in content creation.

The energy and collaboration in Gdańsk proved once again that when we come together as the ACE²-EU Alliance, we not only exchange knowledge—we shape the future of our shared communication.

The workshop was organised within the framework of the European Universities initiative, with the support of the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA).
