Flavour Schools will act as the ACE²-EU summer and winter schools, which will unite students from across the alliance in immersive sessions fostering collaboration through the use of interactive workshops and projects focused on real-world challenges identified by external stakeholders which are aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Given their short duration of one to two weeks, they will provide a short mobility opportunity for students who would otherwise not be able to or could not choose to participate in other longer mobility activities.
These schools will encourage cross-disciplinary teamwork, and the promotion of a deeper understanding of global issues thus empowering students to drive positive change. They will inspire innovation, empathy, and actionable strategies for a more sustainable future. They will also provide an opportunity to promote intercultural programs and the dissemination of European values among participants.
