Day two shifted decisively from inspiration to engineering. Guided sessions helped teams articulate Impact – Outcome – Specific Objectives, sharpening the “why,” “what changes,” and “how” behind each initiative in line with Together for Health – Inspiring Change, Inspiring Care. With the logic matrix in full use, groups mapped objectives to activities, tasks, milestones, risks, and indicators, creating delivery plans that balance scientific ambition with care‑centered applicability. Work packages took shape across research and innovation, stakeholder and patient involvement, ethics and data, dissemination, exploitation, sustainability, and governance. Presentation drafts were refined with attention to feasibility, novelty, and alignment with Horizon Europe priorities. The day closed with disciplined frameworks, clear roles, and shared momentum to advance translational health projects anchored in the ARIES Incubator’s applied ethos.
