The ACE-Com Member will convene on October 13, 2025, at 14:00 (Romanian time), on Zoom platform, for a strategic coordination session dedicated to finalising preparations for a series of major organisational events taking place in the final quarter of the year.
This meeting represents a pivotal moment for aligning communication efforts, refining promotional strategies, and ensuring coherence across all visual and editorial materials connected to the following initiatives:
- Kaleidoscope Culture Festival – a detailed review of the promotional assets, including the agenda, brochure, and posters. The committee will finalise responsibilities related to photography, video reels, and testimonial collection, aiming to highlight the festival’s diversity and creative spirit through dynamic storytelling and visual coherence.
- Annual Congress – a final synchronisation of communication deliverables, focusing on agenda design, promotional materials, and event branding. Discussions will emphasise narrative consistency, audience engagement, and documentation through high-quality visual content.
- ABC Event – consolidation of all promotional and editorial outputs, ensuring that the event identity and key messages are effectively communicated across channels. The session will also outline logistical and creative responsibilities for photo and video documentation.
- WP7 Face-to-Face Meeting – assessment of the remaining communication tasks and deliverables, identifying final steps for completion and visibility enhancement from a dissemination perspective.
- Other Discussions and Emerging Needs – space for open dialogue regarding additional communication requirements and opportunities for synergy across projects.
