Knowledge Creation Team Workshop #1 Launched in Villach, Austria 2 December 2025 | Villach, Austria

The Knowledge Creation Team Workshop #1, part of the ACE2-EU Alliance, opened on 2 December 2025 at the Carinthia University of Applied Sciences in Villach, Austria. The three-day event (2–4 December 2025) brings together participants from diverse institutions and regions to strengthen collaboration, foster knowledge exchange, and support the development of innovative project ideas.

Organised by the ARIES Incubator, and the Carinthia University of Applied Sciences, the workshop aims to create a dynamic environment where interdisciplinary teams can explore common challenges and co-design future-oriented solutions.

A Collaborative Start

The program introduced the goals and structure of the Knowledge Creation Team initiative, highlighting its role in supporting project ideation within the ACE2– EU Alliance. Interactive elements such as a rapid project idea round, and an open “project marketplace”, encouraged participants to share perspectives and identify areas of common interest.

Throughout the day, attendees engaged in guided sessions dedicated to shaping and prioritising ideas, setting the foundation for deeper collaboration in the days to come.

By enabling participants to connect, exchange expertise, and jointly explore future project opportunities, the workshop contributes to the broader mission of the ACE2 -EU Alliance: promoting cross-border cooperation, innovation, and knowledge creation across partner institutions.

The workshop will continue until 4 December, providing additional opportunities for structured teamwork, project refinement, and strategic planning.
